I dont know who makes them but they seem to be good quality, i have a pair of blue suede trainers with white piping and they are really comfortable to walk in. The sizing is very large though, i normally wear a The ones I am looking at sound similar to what you have, though in a different color.

I'm pretty sure that the mainline Givenchy shoes are made in Italy by Stefanobi. There are still some existing low-quality licenses for Givenchy here and there, but the runway shoes are Stefanobi.
Sizing, though, is across the board.
