Thank you! Any more feedback? The more you tell us the more we can help. Can you help us improve? Resolved my issue. Clear instructions. Easy to follow. No jargon. Any suggestions? Tried the new Profile route as well and was able to initially load the app, but soon crashes right after clicking into my inbox. I updated to Beating head against a brick wall.

Same issue - I'm able to click through some emails before it eventually beachballs. Not sure if this is related to the content in the emails; noted that plain text emails open fine.

I've also tried Deleted the app and reinstalled, but the issue still persists. Also tried to switch to the "old look" of outlook. The issue still exists. Same problem here. Outlook worked fine before the Beta 5 update.

If you look at the Office clipboard, you might see some icons in the clipboard, ahead of the text you copied. This is caused by add-ins which add icons to your toolbars. When the contact form loads, the addin pastes an icon to the tools it adds. The icon replaces your text on the clipboard and since it's not text, it can't be pasted into most fields.

How do you know which add-in causes it? Look at the icons in the Office Clipboard, then disable the add-ins that use those icons and test it. If you are developing an add-in and need to add your icon to the toolbar button, you can avoid this problem by saving the contents of the clipboard before pasting their buttons, then restoring the contents after clearing your buttons from the clipboard.
